As a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty and the McFall Draheim Group, I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, homeowners preparing to sell, relocating clients, and people trying to coordinate the sale of one home with the purchase of the next. My role is to help you understand your options, identify the trade-offs, and build a strategy around your goals rather than push you toward a particular decision.

I live in Centennial's Walnut Hills neighborhood and work throughout Centennial, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Denver, and surrounding Front Range communities. That local perspective, combined with market data and neighborhood-level experience, helps clients make better decisions about pricing, timing, location, competition, and negotiation.

For sellers, that means thoughtful pricing, preparation and marketing strategy, clear communication throughout the process, and careful evaluation of the entire offer rather than simply the highest price. For buyers, it means understanding the market, narrowing the search, evaluating properties objectively, and structuring an offer around both the home and the client's priorities.

My approach is consultative and straightforward. I'd rather explain the options, point out a potential problem, or tell you when waiting makes sense than create unnecessary pressure. Clients can expect responsiveness, transparency, practical advice, and someone who stays engaged from the first conversation through closing.
