With over 30 years of industry knowledge, and a specialization in real estate finance in the past, Jo Ann has considerable knowledge of fluctuating market trends, title companies, appraisers and financial institutions.
Jarrett served as Mayor of the City of Los Altos (2013), graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law (2020), holds a Masters of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from UCSC (2010) and recently passed the October 2020 California Bar Exam. As a husband and father, Jarrett is a natural negotiator. His experience and relationships with business and civic leaders from throughout the Bay Area provide our clients with unparalleled guidance.

Personal Background
Jo Ann had lived in Los Altos since 1976 and has personal exposure to what it is like to buy and sell a home in this area. Jo Ann and her husband Jerome recently moved to the Cambrian Park area of San Jose to be closer to their grandchildren. Jarrett and his wife Amelia, are the proud parents of an energetic 3 year old son and a beautiful 9 month old daughter.
