Honesty, a sense of fairness, and treating people with respect are top priorities for the way I conduct my business. The greatest tools I have to offer to consumers are my 40+ yrs. of experience and a strong sense of empowering people to make educated decisions for themselves. I am not pushy, fast talking, or "sales" oriented. Instead, I use problem solving skills and a collaborative approach. No challenge deters me, and I am comfortable with any situation that may arise. Creative marketing concepts and well- established professional relationships get my customers the best prices and transactions that come to fruition.
Over the years, I have successfully worked with developers to take projects from start to finish, homeowners that had 6 times more liens than the property was selling for, large conservation parcels, resort developments, businesses and more. I have testified before the NH House and Senate and served as an expert witness for the NH Real Estate Commission. Giving back to my profession is important and have served in many capacities for the REALTOR trade organization.
To support the community, I serve as Moderator of my local church, served as committee member for Bristol and Plymouth special task forces for commercial, development, planning and housing studies. My “other job” has been a fitness Instructor for over 28 yrs. - aerobics, personal trainer, Spinning, and Water Safety Instructor. I enjoy Skiing, swimming, hiking, tennis, but golf and scuba diving are my favorite diversions.
