About
A St. Helena resident for over 46 years, Joel Toller has an insider’s understanding of the local area and its residents. Joel is well-versed in all aspects of real estate: from property valuations, to preparing a property for market, to finding the best loan, to getting the necessary permits for improvements. His in-depth real estate knowledge, creative problem-solving abilities, and expert negotiation skills have resulted in hundreds of successful real estate transactions valued at over $750,000,000.
Since becoming a realtor in 2000, Joel has quickly become one of the Napa Valley’s top-producing agents. He specializes in representing buyers and sellers of luxury residential properties, wineries, vineyards, and complex development deals throughout Napa, Sonoma and Lake Counties. He ranks in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and has earned prestigious awards consecutively for the past five years. Joel’s love for the Napa Valley is evident in his community service work and charitable giving. He is a member of St. Helena Rotary, the St. Helena Public Schools Foundation and Endowment Trust, the St. Helena Hospital Board of Ambassadors, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and advises Our Town St. Helena on affordable housing issues. He has been an English-Spanish operating room translator for Rotoplast in Guatemala and a Peace Corps volunteer in Panama, where he taught sustainable agriculture practices.
Joel holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in agricultural business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and speaks fluent Spanish.
