I have lived in Colorado for over 20 years, which has given me insight and experience with the Denver Metro market. I received my Real Estate license over a decade ago - since that time I have been a part of hundreds of transactions. I realized very early on in my career that the interests of my clients ALWAYS come first, no matter the circumstances. This attitude has proven to be very successful for my clients and me.
My vast experiences include finding clients their dream homes, to sustaining long standing relationships with builders and investors searching for land and income generating properties. I also specialize in rehab, foreclosures, land and zoning, redevelopment, investment sales and multi family housing. Whether you are just starting or a seasoned investor, I have the passion to help you find your next property whether its a cottage or castle.
My experience, education and training gives my clients peace of mind and confidence that I will handle their Real Estate transaction better than anyone – my communication skills are impeccable and will keep you updated throughout all the real estate processes. My graduate degree in Psychology has helped me in the real estate field by being able interact with my clients on a heightened level.
I also have a team of vendors and support staff and we can assist or take care of your every need from stager, plumber, painter, landscaper, etc.
