For over 4 decades residential real estate has been Gerald's life. Starting as a summer job in San Diego as a roofing contractor and then as a firefighter in the United States Air Force, real estate has always been in his blood. As young man working his way through college he worked constructing homes as a frame carpenter, roofing contractor, and part of a survey team.

Today as a Realtor, Gerald is searching the Dallas and Ft Worth area for the right home and neighborhood for the families he works with.

Working closely with builders, developers, and home renovation contractors Gerald's first hand product knowledge brings great value to his customers. A proven negotiator and being diligent on the details has earned Gerald the trust and confidence of the families who have worked with him.
