Hi I'm Eric Glassoff, of Coldwell Banker Brookline, and I'm one of Brookline and Newton's top selling residential real estate brokers. I take pride knowing that I have sold over 700 properties and have over 100 5-star Zillow reviews.
I got involved in real estate 22 years ago and absolutely love what I do and I can't imagine doing anything else. Finding you that amazing luxury home, condo, investment property or educating and guiding you as a first-time home buyer, is fulfilling and completely rewarding. Nothing makes me happier than to see my clients smile after they bought or sold their home.
I sell in Brookline, Newton, Chestnut Hill, downtown Boston, Back Bay, Cambridge, and the surrounding areas. But Brookline holds a special place in my heart because I've lived and worked in Coolidge Corner since 2002 and love the easy access to dining, retail, excellent public schools, Longwood medical area, and a multitude of parks in our neighborhood. My children attend Brookline schools, and I've participated in the community and support charitable initiatives like St. Jude.
My clients trust and have referred me to their families and friends for years which has kept me ranked in the top .01% among all Brookline and Newton agents. I have an MBA from Babson, graduated from the Dale Carnegie sales course, and was a mortgage broker which allows me to work with you in making the best informed decisions.
