Professional Experience Bud obtained his real estate license in 1972, became co-owner and manager of Vintage Realty and REal Estate by the Sea from 1976 to 1990 at which time he and his wife June sold and moved to Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty. "In 30 years I have had the great fortune of meeting and working with a great variety of talented and charming people and have been able to use my talents to satisfy their needs."
