Mike McQuillan has been a full-time licensed Realtor serving Medfield and the surrounding communities for over 27 years. Known for his in-depth market knowledge, attentive service, and trusted guidance, Mike has built a strong reputation for diligence and integrity. Much of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals — a testament to the relationships he has built and the results he delivers. Mike is a longtime award winner and currently a member of the International Diamond Society alongside his daughter and partner, Abby McQuillan Bird.

Abby McQuillan Bird joined Mike in 2023, bringing a fresh perspective and playing an integral role in marketing, technology, and client service. Together, Mike and Abby combine decades of experience with modern tools and strategies to provide a seamless and successful real estate experience.

A longtime Medfield resident, Mike has been deeply involved in the community, coaching youth soccer, lacrosse, and basketball, and serving on local youth sports boards. Abby was raised in Medfield alongside her siblings and was actively involved in school activities and athletics, developing the strong community ties that continue to shape her work today.

Mike grew up in Needham and played soccer and lacrosse at Needham High School before attending Babson College, where he was a member of the National Championship soccer team, later inducted into the Babson Athletic Hall of Fame. He graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing, a foundation that continues to inform his strategic approach to real estate.

Together, Mike and Abby guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process — from developing a thoughtful strategy and preparing a home for market to negotiating and successfully closing the sale. Their goal is to make each transaction as smooth and rewarding as possible.
