Nicki Davis is an author (Love Good, Karma) and real estate agent who works and lives on Marco Island with her husband Doug and their beloved companion, Karma. Nicki is the founder of The Joy of Giving Charity, which has provided Christmas gifts to hundreds of local children for over thirty years. Nicki was awarded the Spirit of Marco Island Award in 2019, the Unsung Hero Award in 2016, and the Humanitarian of the Year in 2009.
Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Marco Island is a 4 x 6 barrier island where Doug and Nicki Davis have successfully helped thousands of people buy and sell real estate.
