Marilyn has lived in Westwood since 2000 and been a Broker Associate in the Westwood Office of Coldwell Banker Realty since 2012. With an MBA and 25+ years as a financial consultant she is skilled in negotiating and passionate about helping people buy and sell their home in these challenging times. Whether it is winning a bidding war to buy the home or listing to attract multiple over asking offers, Marilyn has the skills and tools to successfully lead you in a smooth and well-orchestrated transaction. She is Co-President of Westwood Historical Society, and a town appointed member of the Westwood Historic Commission. Marilyn's designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), AT Home With Diversity (AHWD), Certified Negotiations Specialist (CNS), Certified New Homes Specialist (CNHS), and Residential Construction Certified (RCC) and currently working on the Global Luxury Designation (CLHMS). She lives on a pond in Westwood with James ( a builder) and her French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix Tucker. Her two grown children reside in Roswell, GA and Tampa, Florida.
