Jason Putnik is a 4th generation Realtor and real estate advisor for The Putnik Team at Coldwell Banker Realty in Lakewood, Colorado. Since 2015, he has negotiated over 100 successful home closings totaling more than $45 million in sales across the Denver Metro area. Jason specializes in working with first-time home buyers and sellers, guiding them through one of life's most significant decisions with expertise passed down through generations of his family.

As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and member of Coldwell Banker's Global Luxury division since 2017, Jason serves clients across all price points. His dedication to client service earned him and his team the 2022 Partnership of the Year award for highest production in the Denver West office.

A lifelong Golden resident, Jason grew up caddying at Rolling Hills Country Club-an experience that instilled in him the importance of attention to detail and exceptional service. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2010 as an Evans Scholar, a prestigious merit-based scholarship awarded to outstanding caddies for their leadership, character, and academic excellence. Today, Jason serves as Colorado Chapter Alumni President for the Evans Scholar Foundation, staying connected to the program that helped shape his career.
When he's not helping clients find their dream homes, Jason enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and son in the community he's proud to call home.
