About

From the West Coast to the East Coast, Kim's been representing Buyers and Sellers as a Realtor® for 15 years with ten years vested in Southern CA and the balance in South FL. She spent her youth in Northern CA and moved to San Diego to attend college. With her degree in hand from SDSU, Kim settled in the Los Angeles/Ventura County area and quickly recognized a passion for real estate and technology. Her career highlights on the real estate side include working for a mortgage company, a general contractor/developer, a real estate syndication firm and a bank as a short sale specialist. On the high tech side, the exposure was an invaluable enhancement in pursuing a career as a Realtor®. 

Taking advantage of her Marketing background gave Kim the foundation to chase her dream and, ultimately, when the decision was made to move across the country to Florida, to make a seamless transition from living and working in The Golden State to living and working in The Sunshine State.
