Becky's real estate career began in 2000 with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty on Florida's Gulf Coast, where she quickly ascended into the top 1% of agents worldwide. Originally from Greater Pittsburgh, Becky spent nearly two decades in Washington, D.C., and Massachusetts before settling in Port Charlotte in 1996. This background instilled a relentless Northern work ethic that she transitioned into a powerhouse Florida real estate career.

Today, Becky's role has expanded into high-level leadership. After founding her own brokerage in 2008, she gained deep operational expertise that she now uses to manage two Coldwell Banker offices and serve as the Luxury Ambassador for the Schmidt Family of Companies. In this elite role, she mentors agents in luxury branding, marketing, and business growth.
