I hold a BBA in Finance/Accounting from Texas Tech University, and also obtained my Texas Real Estate License in 1983.
I spent over 27 years as a licensed mortgage loan officer, co-owning a mortgage branch with Allied Home Mortgage. During that time, I helped clients secure financing for both personal residences and investment properties, striving to match them with the best products available.
With four decades of industry experience, I provide extensive insight into the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market.

My family and I have proudly called Grapevine home since 1987, where my husband and I raised our son and daughter in this charming North Texas community.
I remain closely connected to the financial side of real estate-tracking interest rates, lender programs, and local job growth. This ongoing involvement allows me, as a licensed agent, to offer buyers and sellers current market insights and informed guidance.
