Hillary McAtee is Managing Partner of the residential real estate team of Greenwich-based New England Land Team at Coldwell Banker. In addition to her primary business of selling and leasing residential properties, she manages all aspects of the teams' residential activities as evidenced by over 1 billion dollars of transactions spanning a 30-year career.
Mrs. McAtee began her real estate career as an agent with Merritt Associates in Greenwich, CT. She excelled in real estate management at a young age and soon became the manager of the Greenwich office responsible for all sales and leasing. In 1994, Hillary and her husband, John, formed a partnership with Sam Sammis to create the residential division of New England Land Company. John and Hillary McAtee became sole proprietors of the Residential division in the fall of 2012 continuing its legacy and growth in becoming the premier boutique real estate in Greenwich. In 2022, they partnered with Coldwell Banker and the Tamar Lurie Team to form the New England Land Team.
Hillary is amongst the company's top producers, earning acclaimed recognition as a member of the Coldwell Banker® International President's Circle, representing the top 10% of affiliated teams worldwide. As a member of the international brokerage, she is able to utilize a variety of unique tools and marketing features to benefit her clients and customers. Hillary also holds the GRP (Greenwich Realty Professional) designation from the Greenwich Association of Realtors.
Mrs. McAtee was raised and lives in Greenwich with her husband and their three children. She is fourth generation to Greenwich with her great grandparents building their family homestead at the turn-of-the-century in the community.
Hillary is involved with the town and has volunteered for many years and has served on numerous Greenwich Board of Realtors committees, served as a Connecticut Realtor representative and on many sports and school-related committees. Hillary is a board member of the Greenwich Tree Conservancy , and founding member of BYO Greenwich , an initiative to protect the environment in Greenwich for the benefit and welfare of its residents by encouraging the use of reusable checkout bags and decreasing plastic bag waste. Hillary is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing squash, skiing, hiking mountains and watching ice hockey.
