Carol Sneller is an Allegan native, born and raised in the local area. Since 1996, she has successfully helped residential and commercial clients navigate real estate negotiations and transactions of every scope and scale. Carol’s background in customer service and sales account management aptly prepared her for a career in realty, earning her Realtor license in 1996, and Broker’s license in 2002. Carol also earned Professional designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) CLPS (Certified Luxury Specialist)
Briefly leaving real estate sales in 2004, Carol joined a large Fortune 500 banking institution as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and gaining this knowledge of the mortgage process has proven an invaluable asset upon founding her own company, Sneller Real Estate in 2015 branding with Coldwell Banker as Coldwell Banker Sneller Real Estate in 2020.
