As Trudy Scott serves her clients as a REALTOR, she is guided by her individual values of integrity, professionalism, and passion for excellence. She honors the trust her clients place in her as she creates, presents and delivers the dream surrounding one of the most important decisions our buyers and sellers make. She truly has her clients best interests at heart.

Trudy earned a BBA in Marketing/Management & has over 30 yrs of business, sales & marketing experience. Her sales background has given her hands on experience of being a STRONG NEGOTIATOR! She worked for a luxury home real estate company in Austin, TX for 4 yrs as their Marketing Director & then continued her career by starting her own event/wedding coordinating business. Over 10 yrs, she coordinated & hosted over 850 events/weddings, big & small. She organized every detail & ensured that she kept her clients STRESS-FREE throughout the entire process while offering top notch service. This service has carried through into her real estate career today.

Trudy was honored to be a Director at a large retirement community in San Antonio & she is excited to have received the SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialist & Certified Seniors Professional Designations. She has the experience & knowledge working w/ 55 adults & enjoy assisting them in any real estate or downsizing need. She has worked personally with many of the same affiliations/organizations as seniors through her daughter who has special needs. She is also a chosen Preferred Agent with 55Places.com which helps seniors locate retirement communities throughout the nation. She is very knowledgeable with retirement communities in the area and considers herself an expert. 

Trudy has worked hard to have recently earn Coldwell Banker's Luxury Property Specialist Certification for Global Luxury and The Institute's CLHMS™ designation. Selling & buying in the luxury market has always been a goal of hers.

Trudy has also earned her ABR® - Accredited Buyers Representative designation. She has the knowledge needed to help buyers with the utmost service & care possible. She is a Cartus Network Certified Relocation Agent & can help you buy & sell real estate anywhere! She has earned the MRP® - Military Relocation Professional designation. Her husband served in the military as well as several other family members. She appreciates those that have served for our country! Living in Military City, USA (San Antonio), she has been fortunate to work with many military families. She enjoys being able to SERVE them! She is also a certified Historic Home Specialist through the City of San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation as well as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN). 

Trudy is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Commission & the National Association of Realtors. She is honored to have received several top awards in the wedding industry and with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, REALTORS. She stays very active in the community through her children's affiliations with Any Baby Can, & CAMP Camp as well as personal affiliations as a Daughter of the Republic of Texas (DRT), Chicktime in Bulverde, member of Concordia Lutheran Church, member of 100 Women of San Antonio, First Friday member, & her sorority alumnae (Delta Gamma) serving on the board. Her husband, Greg Scott, a Purple Heart recipient, served in the military along with many other family members and is now a Realtor as well helping Trudy.
