Amy has been an Award-Winning Agent since 2005 and has enhanced her real estate education by achieving the GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation as well as the ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative®) designation. Amy achieved certification as Military Relocation Professional (MRP) due to her vast experience with our military population. Amy also achieved the CLHMS™ (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™) designation to enhance her abilities to work with the more affluent client base. She works with the NFCU Realty Plus Program as a Preferred Agent and also is a go to real estate professional for the Anywhere Network.

Born in Newport News, VA, Amy arrived in Havelock in 1994 by military transfer. Her husband is from Wichita, KS and is a 26-year Veteran of the US Marine Corps. They have five daughters between them and 8 grandchildren. The kids were born between 1985 and 1994 and live in Newport, NC, Aberdeen, NC, Walker, LA, and Cherry Point/Havelock, NC. They are involved in Commercial Construction Management, Pharma Services, Prior US Army, Mortgage Loan Processor, Jazz Musician, Contact Rep for WebChat for HUMANA, Active-duty US Marine, SAHM for Green Compass, and CEC for Medical Supply.

Amy enjoys all of the seasons of NC, but Summer is her favorite! Whether it's boating or the beach or just being outside, we have a fairly long summer that's perfect for any type of outdoor activity.
