As the wife of a Senior Executive with NASA Glenn Research Center and daughter of an Air Force Veteran, JoAnn has personally relocated both nationally and internationally through most of her life. Each move led to a NEW community and NEW home. Having lived in over 20 homes she understands how overwhelming a relocation can be and how daunting the sale and purchase of a home is for the client. She began the journey by selling new construction homes in the Indiana/Ohio region, then expanded her interests as a property manager for her grandfather's investment homes and currently represents clients in residential, investment and commercial real estate interests. As the child of a military veteran and spouse to a federal employee, SERVICE to the community runs through JoAnn's veins. She has served on state and local community boards, advocated on behalf of the special needs community, worked alongside high-level political officials and volunteered with STEM initiatives in the Greater Cleveland Metro area, JDRF and Special Olympics.
