Buying and selling real estate is a process; it can be a complex and stressful one. I act as an ally and as a resource for my clients, finding a balance that will work for them. From assessing the needs, wants and specific goals of my clients, to providing them with the information they need, to negotiation of the contract and guiding them through the complexities of the disclosure and inspection processes, to a successful close of escrow, my job is to make the experience as pleasant, enjoyable and stress free as possible.
