Anna Fine has been a resident of the South Bay Area since 2009. She received a B.S. in Nursing from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Anna began her career as an acute care and operating room nurse, and after 18 years of nursing, decided to obtain her real estate license back in 2020. Her years spent as a nurse helped her gain important interpersonal skills that seamlessly translate into excellent service for her real estate clients. Anna has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. She is a very compassionate person and deeply cares about each of her clients. She prides herself on making each client feel comfortable with the process of buying, selling, or
leasing a home by providing clear communication and excellent customer service.

Anna became a homeowner at the age of 21 and later began investing in real estate. As a long-term real estate investor, she has unique hands-on experience, knowledge, and passion for real estate, so she decided to make it her full-time career.
Currently, she runs a successful real estate business, that includes working with buyers,
sellers, and investors.


Anna is a Real Estate expert and delivers a true Concierge Experience. She is detail-oriented and hands-on, managing every step—preparing your home for the market, overseeing repair work, providing design insight, finding the perfect property, providing data-based market insights, working with vetted professionals, and everything else that comes with buying or selling a home.

Working with Anna means having a strong negotiator on your side. Negotiation begins before a contract is written, and an agent's communication skills and reputation among colleagues can play a key role, especially in a multiple-offers situation. Anna
prides herself on integrity, professionalism, and great communication in every transaction and makes sure that when working with other agents, her clients benefit. For those reasons, Anna’s offers have a much higher rate of acceptance in multiple-offer situations.

ANNA ON A PERSONAL LEVEL

Anna lives in San Jose, Cambrian Park with her family. She’s been married to her husband, Mark, for over 20 years and together they are raising two amazing children.
When she is not working on her business, Anna enjoys hiking, painting, practicing pottery skills, cooking and traveling with her family. She also is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and has been following a plant-based lifestyle for over 4 years. She is a member of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and helps people regain their health through nutrition.
