As a true native of Grand Junction, Julie understands how fortunate she is to live in and do business in the area. She is a dedicated sales and marketing professional and has owned and managed media, marketing and events companies for many years. In addition, it was her love of business and real estate investment in her private life that made her transition into a full time real estate salesperson a natural transition. In 2016, Julie formed a team called The Shafer Team that is has become one of the top producing sales teams in the Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties portfolio.
