Originally from the Bay Area and now based in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, Gene has developed a deep appreciation for New Mexico’s architecture, landscape, culture, and remarkable diversity of lifestyles, from historic adobe homes and established luxury enclaves to contemporary residences, equestrian properties, and homes surrounded by mountain and high-desert landscapes.
Before entering real estate, Gene built a successful career in magazine publishing as publisher of CADENCE, working with executives, product marketing leaders, and advertising agencies nationwide. That experience helped shape the sophisticated marketing, strategic communication, and negotiation skills he brings to his real estate practice today.
Gene’s connection to New Mexico is also personal. When he is not working with clients, he can often be found tending his gardens, caring for his sheep and chickens, hiking the acequia trails near his Los Ranchos home, golfing, kayaking, cooking Italian meals for friends, traveling, or spending time with his family and his rescue dog, Ruffles.
