About

How lucky am I to live in this amazing community! Follow my lead...happy to help you realize your dream of living in this beautiful area.

Thank you so much for taking the time to allow me to introduce myself.

I have been a resident of Nevada County since 1979. I went through school here, got married here, raised my kids here and am now enjoying grand kids.

Prior to Real Estate I was a Registered Dental Assistant for 22 years. My husband and I were buying and selling real estate, flipping homes and commercial buildings for years, and it just seemed to be a natural progression to get my license and follow my passion.

I received my Real Estate License in 2012. My husband and I have continued to dabble in the commercial end of real estate… renovating older commercial spaces and keeping them as rentals.

Because of my personal experience I feel I have the knack to see potential in properties for buyers as well as the design experience to help sellers stage and get their home ready for market.

I have been a top producer, listing agent and selling agent since 2013 - consistently in the top 5 of Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty and the top 20 in the County.

I have made Masters Club every year since 2013.
In 2017 I received the staff choice award and was the recipient of the Charles Brock III Community Service Award. Lucky me both my husband and daughter are also real estate agents and have joined me at Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty… they both come with their own unique qualities and a wealth of knowledge… so know you will be well taken care of.

Thank you again for taking the time to consider me for your real estate needs. Please don’t hesitate to call, text or email any questions.
