A San Francisco native, Luis graduated from Saint Ignatius College Preparatory, UC Berkeley, and the UC Berkeley School of Law. His deep local roots give him a strong understanding of the Bay Area market, while his legal background provides clients with a strategic edge in negotiations and contracts—a real advantage in an increasingly complex real estate environment.

In 2022, Luis founded the Moran Real Estate Group under the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury brand. The group reflects his commitment to high standards, offering tailored service and expert guidance to clients at every price point.

Outside of real estate, Luis is an active community leader and industry advocate. He has served on the Boards of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®. He has also held leadership roles as President of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates and Past President of the San Francisco Rotary Foundation. He is a member of the California Bar Association.
