The Wright Team provides residential and commercial real estate services in Annapolis and the surrounding communities in Anne Arundel County. With over 60 years of combined experience in the industry and superior local real estate knowledge, the team specializes in historic homes, new construction projects, marketing homes to sell, and assisting buyers in identifying homes in the local area to purchase. Dave's extensive resume includes earning his broker's license, owning and operating a real estate brokerage, holding the seat of past president for Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, active membership in the Touchdown Club of Annapolis and holding board positions at the Severn School and YWCA. Also, he served as project manager of numerous new home sales projects, including Acton's Landing. He was selected as Anne Arundel County REALTOR of the Year in 2007 and has won numerous high-level accolades within the real estate industry. The Wright Team have been active in numerous organizations including the Maryland Association of Realtors, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Rotary Club. They enjoy sailing, taking enrichment classes at Anne Arundel Community College, golfing at the Naval Academy Golf Association, gardening and spending quality time with their Standard Poodle, GiGi. Additionally, lacrosse is a passion of Dave's, as he was a three time All American and captain of his college lacrosse team.
