Deborah Reed has been with Coldwell Banker since 1988 and brings decades of negotiating experience into every transaction. She has closed hundreds of escrows and has built her business on a long line of satisfied clients.
Deborah is a third generation San Diego resident, who is familiar with the various neighborhoods and communities throughout the county. She and her husband have been married over forty-five years and have three grown children, and two grandchildren. When you're considering schools, churches, shopping, friends, neighborhoods and more, Deborah knows all the factors to help you make the right choice.
Whether buying or selling a home, it is Deborah Reed's standard practice to meet with you at your convenience (evenings and weekends included) to assure that you understand everything that you are signing. When it comes to disclosures and reports, there can be hundreds of pages, and Deborah takes whatever time is necessary to make sure you are comfortable with each step of the process.
Deborah meets with the necessary pest control inspectors, physical inspectors, appraisers, and repair people, in order to stay on top of every situation. She regularly interacts with the escrow company, title company, and lender as well as the buyers and sellers.
She knows the status of your escrow on a constant basis and keeps you updated and informed.

The sign that goes at the property has her name and direct number so that interested parties can get quick access and up to the minute information.
She provides color brochures and extensive marketing.
