Before venturing into real estate, Danelle enjoyed a successful career for 22 years in retail

as a Regional Director for Chico's, Francesca's, and District Manager for Victoria's Secret

and Limited Brands. Leveraging her expertise in leadership, customer experience

enhancement, and product presentation she now applies these skills to effectively market

and stage homes. Building relationships and fostering loyalty propelled major brands to

high achievement awards, maximized profits and increased sales across multimillion dollar

markets in the Northeast and Southeast United States. Principles in retail of business

acumen, logical thinking, visual presentation and extensive market knowledge, directly

benefited Danelle building her real estate brand.

Originally from Pennsylvania and having worked and lived in New Jersey and

Massachusetts, Danelle and her husband Tom made Sarasota their home after residing in

Lakewood Ranch. Currently, she and her husband reside in Arlington Park which has rich

character and is often touted as a hot spot in Sarasota. Their love for the area inspired them

to embark on their first investment journey in 2018. Danelle purchased her first rental

home, driven by a passion for transforming dated properties into states of beauty. Taking a

hands-on approach, she personally designed, decorated, and painted the home, finding joy

in revitalizing the property. Building on this success, she acquired her second rental home

in 2021, combining investment acumen with a love for the transformative process. Each

aesthetic appeal and functionality, highlighting Danelle's commitment to excellence in real
