Education and Training Fran has thirty years experience as an executive in the retail industry including positions of President and CEO. In these positions she managed procurement, selling of goods and the marketing of those goods. Her educational background encompasses training in both business and the fine arts. She has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Syracuse University. She completed extensive training in ceramic arts at the World Pottery Institute in Florida and The Silvermine School of Art in Connecticut augmenting that with on-site study of ancient firing techniques at Pueblo San Ildefonso in New Mexico.
Awards And Designations Fran is a member of the International Diamond Society ( the top 6% of Coldwell Banker Agents Inter Nationally).

She has a strong appreciation for the importance of a well-crafted advertising strategy, having controlled large marketing budgets in her prior career. Her marketing campaign includes MLS, strategic local/national advertising, broker tours, targeted direct mail campaigns, internet exposure, through,, and, open houses, virtual tours, and Coldwell Banker "Previews" luxury marketing program. Buying: If you are a buyer, she will guide you in evaluating alternative properties in a diligent, methodical manner to maximize the return on your investment within your defined budget. Contract negotiations: Fran is highly experienced in complex multimillion-dollar negotiations. In particular, she is an expert at clarifying the "roadblocks" to a successful agreement, and at bringing about a "meeting of the minds" in an expeditious and professional manner. Fran did a training video at Federated Department Stores on Negotiation Skills. This training video is still being used at Fashion Institute of Technology. Fast-Track Project Management: No real estate transaction can be closed without the orchestration of numerous interim milestones - each one of which demands close attention and coordination under time-critical deadlines. Having led a company that employed over 2,000 personnel, she brings to her real estate clients an unsurpassed ability to execute the most complex transactions.
Community Involvement She has been both an artist and supporter of the arts in Fairfield County for many years. As a Participating Artist of the Rowayton Art Center, the Westport Center for the Arts, and the Silvermine Guild Art Center she has had her work as a ceramic artist exhibited at shows sponsored by those organizations - and has been gratified to have had her work recognized through a number of awards. She is a member of the Greenwich Arts Council and a Patron of the Silvermine Guild Art Center. In addition, Fran has been recently been named to the Advisory Board of Good Will Industries.
