Beginning his real estate journey as an assistant in 2010 and becoming licensed in 2015, JP developed a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process from the ground up. Today, he leads and mentors a team of agents with a focus on consistency, accountability, and scalable business practices—guiding professionals at every stage of their careers to increase productivity, strengthen client relationships, and grow market share.

While leading and coaching at a high level, JP remains actively involved in real estate, working directly with new clients, past clients, and referral-based business. His continued production ensures he stays closely connected to current market conditions, allowing him to coach from real-time experience and provide relevant, practical guidance to his agents.
