Beginning his real estate journey as an assistant in 2010 and becoming licensed in 2015, JP developed a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process from the ground up. Today, he leads and mentors a team of agents with a focus on consistency, accountability, and scalable business practices—guiding professionals at every stage of their careers to increase productivity, strengthen client relationships, and grow market share.

JP’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that successful agents are built through structure, skill development, and intentional action. Through coaching, training, and hands-on management, he works closely with his agents to implement proven systems for lead generation, conversion, and client retention—empowering them to move from transactional salespeople to true business operators.

Prior to entering real estate, JP was a top-performing sales representative with AT&T Mobility, where he refined the negotiation and communication skills, he now uses to coach agents in delivering exceptional client experiences.
