Business Philosophy My primary focus is to assist each and every person with whom I work to achieve their real estate goals.
I aim to do this by delivering professional service at all times. I sincerely believe that by providing professional service, any issue or obstacle that may arise during the course of a real estate transaction can be dealt with efficiently, effectively, appropriately, and in the best interest of the person for whom I am working. To this end, I continue to pursue real estate education in order to keep my skills sharp and have attained the GRI, ABR, and AHWD professional designations.

ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) is a professional designation that means I am committed to providing top-notch real estate services in the buyer's interest for my buyer-clients.

Areas of Expertise Primarily, residential real estate practice representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Substantial experience dealing with a variety of housing types, including single-family, multiple-family, condominiums, and cooperatives. Significant experience marketing vacant properties and properties of distant, relocated, and corporate sellers. Extensive experience representing buyers and tenants, with some representation of relocating buyers and tenants. Experience with short sales and pre-foreclosures.

Communities I Serve Westchester, Putnam, and Bronx Counties in New York, with emphasis on the White Plains (including Hartsdale, Elmsford and Greenburgh), Yonkers, Ossining and Bronx communities. I will refer real estate business outside of my market areas to qualified professionals wherever clients and customers have a need.
