Dawn successfully guides clients through the process of preparing properties for sale, identifying the right property for buyers, negotiating contracts and overcoming obstacles to a successful closing. Dawn became a Luxury Property Team Member in 2014 after meeting rigorous criteria as a luxury market specialist. She has consistently ranked among Coldwell Banker's Top 6% of all associates worldwide.
Dawn has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. Realtors who receive this elite designation are among the top 3% of all real estate agents in the U.S. They have more experience, education and training than the average REALTOR® and have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Dawn was also awarded the prestigious Honolulu Board of Realtors Aloha 'Aina Realtor Award in 2015. With more than 1,000 submissions and more than 500 nominees, the Aloha 'Aina Realtor Awards recognize Realtors who are known for their exceptional service to their clients and for their record of fair dealings with clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
As a local native of O'ahu. Dawn has in-depth knowledge of all the islands. She understands and appreciates the diverse culture and unique blend of people in Hawaii. With her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Dawn has utilized her educational background to work effectively with others in her real estate career.
Dawn supports the international EGlobal Eamily, Future Light Orphanage, which supports hundreds of orphaned and vulnerable children in developing countries. Locally, she supports Family programs Hawaii, and the volunteers with Hawaiian Humane Society. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with family, yoga, being in the ocean, hiking and distance running. She loves the outdoors while appreciating her life every day in paradise!
