About

I am a proud Sarasota native, born and raised on Longboat Key, Florida. I have a deep-rooted connection and love for this beautiful area, which fuels my passion to help others also call it home!

My father, Nick Bollettieri, was the founder of IMG Academies, a world-renowned sports training academy in Bradenton, Florida, that has been instrumental in cultivating top athletes from around the globe. Growing up in an environment of elite performance taught me early on the value of discipline, commitment, and striving for excellence-values I carry with me always.

I studied at the Miami International School of Art and Design, where I combined my love for the Arts and Business. This helped to sharpen my eye for design, aesthetics, and detail. These skills have become invaluable in my real estate career, from staging to marketing to helping clients visualize the potential in every property. After graduating from college in 2005, I obtained my real estate license and also received my GRI designation from the NAR Institute to which my real estate career began!

Due to my husband's career, we lived in Manhattan, NY, and Wyckoff, NJ, for several years. During this time, I acquired my New Jersey real estate license, which helped deepen my real estate knowledge and broadened my areas of expertise to better assist my clients in both New Jersey and Florida.

After moving back to Sarasota, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty Longboat Key and St. Armands office, which has consistently been ranked #1 in sales volume for the region for many years. I am a certified member of the Global Luxury Institute, achieving both the Luxury Property Specialist (LPS) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations. I was recently awarded the International Presidential Circle Award, which places me in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, highlighting exceptional performance in listing and sales. I am very grateful for all of my wonderful clients that I have had the honor to work with and helped me achieve this very special recognition!

Family is at the heart of everything I do. My husband, Brad and I have two sons, Hudson and Jameson. We spend our free time enjoying the beach, boating, fishing and playing sports. Enjoying these amazing activities with my family is a daily reminder of what a blessing it is to raise our boys here, and it gives me firsthand knowledge of the type of lifestyle my clients are seeking when they dream of owning a piece of paradise in this beautiful area!

Beyond real estate, I am committed to giving back to our incredible community! I proudly serve as an Executive Ambassador Board Member for the American Cancer Society and volunteer my time with the All Faiths Food Bank. Two causes that are near to my heart!
