Julia initially joined Anina as her assistant in early 2020. Her prior experience included managing the front office and technicians at eyeQ Optometry for six years and managing the luxury spa at the Waldorf Astoria in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Recognizing the positive impact a Realtor® could have by facilitating one of the major financial and personal events in a client's life, she decided to become a Realtor® herself. Since obtaining her license, Julia has worked closely with Anina in all phases of real estate transactions.
She has been instrumental in creating dynamic virtual marketing opportunities for buyers and sellers! Her positive personality, attention to detail, and great listening skills are apparent to all of our clients. She is a Santa Cruz native and is well-connected in the community.
