Barbara lunched her real estate career in 2005, when, while selling her own home, every buyer and agent who met her said "you should be a realtor!" So by incorporating her prior experience in sales, marketing and technology (as the VP of Sales/Marketing for an Apple Computer K-12 consulting company) she joined Coldwell Banker in 2006 and has been a consistent top producer ever since.
Sellers and buyers appreciate Barbara's exceptional communication skills, negotiating expertise and ability to orchestrate transactions smoothly from beginning to end. She takes her motto " Looking Out For You " seriously by keeping an eye on real estate market trends, working diligently to find buyers homes in a tough market, and by developing compelling marketing plans and leveraging online media to sell her listings for the highest price possible.
