With a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Pam Kelner has developed a reputation for her professionalism, negotiation skills, and “think-out-of-the-box” ideas that help close deals in the competitive South Florida market.

Pam has been a licensed Realtor for over 40 years and a member of Coldwell Banker Realty since 1996. As a Certified Negotiation Specialist and holding a Paralegal Studies degree with high honors from Broward College, she is well-versed in contract and legal matters. Her diverse background includes a BA degree from the University of South Florida in Health Education.
A Miami Beach native, Pam has a deep understanding of the unique characteristics and nuances of the South Florida area. She brings this intimate knowledge to bear when helping her clients navigate the real estate market, ensuring that they find the right property at the right price.
Pam’s focus on building strong working relationships with all parties involved in a real estate transaction has earned her a loyal clientele. She takes pride in providing her customers with the highest quality professional photography including aerials, high-quality brochures, personalized single-property websites, target social media marketing and a property specific YouTube channel.
As a service-oriented real estate professional, Pam also specializes in new construction for both young families and adult lifestyles in Broward and Palm Beach counties She stays current on new projects, making sure that her clients have access to the best pre-construction prices.
Pam’s family has a long history in the real estate industry. Her father was real estate broker specializing in vacant land all around the State of Florida, and her relatives were some of the early architects and developers during the Art Deco era. Her grandparents even lived on the famous Star Island.
Outside of her real estate work, Pam is a member of the Broward County Commission's Human Rights Board, is the Public Relations Director for WINK, a women-to-women business networking group and is active in the Chambers of Commerce for several cities. She is committed to giving back to the community, sitting on several other boards, supporting local non-profit organizations and helping to feed the homeless.
