In 2015 I found my way into real estate when a marketing position opened up at a local Coldwell Banker Real Estate franchise. Working in real estate was never on my radar, but I was drawn in by the people I met and stayed after I found a love for working with the community and our agents to market Hampton Roads as a stellar place to live. During my time there, I realized I really wanted to be on the ground level of helping market the Tidewater region, and also learn the nuances of VA real estate contracts & law. I took my sweet time getting my course work done, but I found a way (as I always do) and in 2019 I earned my real estate sales license. I've spent the last 4 years at a boutique brokerage to learn the intricacies of real estate contracts and sales laws as well as a deep dive into local new construction, both with buyer and builder representation. I'm a REALTOR®, investor, marketer, mother, lifter, foodie, cocktail connoisseur, and a medley of other things depending on what the world throws my way. I'll always greet the day with a sense of passion to try and solve every puzzle I encounter.
