Turning Up the Heat
Since we are in the midst of summer, it’s a fitting time to be focusing on what's "hot.” What are the places and things we can’t stop talking about? What’s new and next in our luxury real estate world now?
We’re preparing to turn up the heat in September with not one, but two marquee events for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program. The Miami Summit, taking place September 23rd and 24th, has already sold out. Register now for the Beverly Hills Summit on November 13th and 14th before it follows suit! Both events are premier opportunities for learning and connecting on all the major trends shaping luxury.
Next, our highly anticipated Mid-Year 2024 Report is nearing completion. We held off releasing it until we could capture the full picture of the first six months of the year, ensuring the most accurate and insightful data could be included. Now it’s almost ready for publication! I’m so excited to share this report with you since it’s our first-ever mid-year checkpoint. We'll be revisiting a few of the hottest trends we predicted at the beginning of the year, and unveil some exciting new ones that we expect will influence the remainder of 2024. Keep your eyes peeled for the report in the coming weeks!
Speaking of hot trends, the resilience of the ultra-luxury sector is undeniable – which is why we decided to feature the most extraordinary properties on the market to date this year. These five “trophy” properties are the epitome of luxury and embody the ever-popular "have-it-all properties" trend that continues to drive the overall luxury housing market this year. Setting the highest standard for luxury living today, these properties cater to the discerning homeowner's every whim and desire while also meeting their personal vision for living well.
This exacting sort of vision was on artful display in Ryan Seacrest's 40-acre Napa Valley residence, recently listed by our very own Cyd Greer and showcased in an exclusive editorial this month. One look at the modern Tuscan-style masterpiece and it’s obvious how much care went into crafting a residence that simultaneously paid tribute to its natural wine country setting and celebrated the owner’s desire to have a relaxed-yet-inviting space for family and friends. If that’s not a celebration of having it all, then I don’t know what is.
And as July draws to a close, we couldn't resist spotlighting the quintessential summer retreat. We've curated a collection of dreamy sanctuaries perfectly suited for the warm weather.
We look forward to keeping you informed and inspired throughout the summer and beyond.
