We’re preparing to turn up the heat in September with not one, but two marquee events for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program. The Miami Summit, taking place September 23rd and 24th, has already sold out. Register now for the Beverly Hills Summit on November 13th and 14th before it follows suit! Next, our highly anticipated Mid-Year 2024 Report is nearing completion. We held off releasing it until we could capture the full picture of the first six months of the year, ensuring the most accurate and insightful data could be included. Now it’s almost ready for publication! I’m so excited to share this report with you since it’s our first-ever mid-year checkpoint. We'll be revisiting a few of the hottest trends we predicted at the beginning of the year, and unveil some exciting new ones that we expect will influence the remainder of 2024. Speaking of hot trends, the resilience of the ultra-luxury sector is undeniable – which is why we decided to feature the most extraordinary properties on the market to date this year.
