Maintaining excellence year after year is a significant achievement, but mastering it for an evolving class of luxury real estate agents and their increasingly discerning clients is a feat entirely unto itself.
As the luxury extension of the Coldwell Banker brand, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program strives for excellence by cultivating an agent-centric environment that empowers certified Luxury Property Specialists to deliver exceptional results for their affluent clients. The program has grown alongside these specialists, exploring new opportunities and developing innovative marketing initiatives to support their success.
One of our most exciting recent developments is the Mid-Year Report 2024, our first-ever “check-in,” analyzing our previous predictions and uncovering new market trends emerging as the year has progressed. This valuable resource is a real game-changer, equipping Luxury Property Specialists with the data and insights they need to advise their clients effectively in a dynamic market. Additionally, we've launched a customizable buyer's presentation exclusively for Luxury Property Specialists to help affluent buyers understand the value they bring to the transaction. Attempting to meet luxury sellers wherever they are, we launched the digital version of our marketing capabilities brochure, which aims to provide a visually engaging overview of our services and make it easy for agents to share online.
In further celebration of our agents, we've selected our “Agents of Influence” for 2024.
