I became a group indoor exercise instructor in 1996.
I enjoy outdoor hiking, running, biking as well as down hill and cross country skiing.

Personal Background I was born and raised in the Mid-West. My adult life has been filled with travel to other countries which has given me the opportunity to see how lucky I am to be a US citizen. The United States gives everyone the ability to be whatever they want to be in life. I am respectful of client's who are from other countries with different beliefs than mine. My family and I are very involved with our Church. We are able to serve the community by participating in service projects our Church sponsors. I have lived in Utah since 1996. Me and my family have truly enjoyed what the state of Utah has to offer.
