Tristan Payne

Tristan is a Fort Lauderdale Native and has spent most of his life in the South Florida area. After graduating from High Point University in North Carolina with a Degree in Sales and marketing, he returned to Fort Lauderdale where he attended Nova Southeastern University and received his MBA with a concentration Entrepreneurship.

While working on his master's degree, Tristan started two business ventures. He recently led a brand in the companion pet industry, which he built from the ground up, through acquisition. Additionally, he is currently President of Axtion Advertising a full-service visual media advertising company. Most recently, Tristan spent 2 years working in leasing as a Landlord Rep for a privately held Commercial Real Estate portfolio.

As he makes the transition into Real Estate sales, Tristan brings marketing, sales, and commercial real estate experience to the job. Although Tristan is young, he is no stranger to hard work and will do what it takes to provide the best customer experience possible.

When Tristan isn't working, he loves spending time on the water fishing and diving. At the age of 20, Tristan obtained his 100-ton USCG Master Captains License. Whether you are buying or selling, Tristan will work to understand your needs and make sure he does everything possible to achieve your goals.
