Tom Stites is a Dallas native and has 46 years of real estate experience and expertise. His experience is key to his success with helping relocating clients find the perfect home. As a Broker Associate and President's Elite member, he has been a multi-million-dollar producer and a company and office leader in representing Sellers and Buyers for 20+ years.

Strong negotiation skills and a ldquo;can dordquo; attitude make Tom an invaluable asset to his clients whether selling or buying property. His expertise with investors and investment properties has grown to partnerships with many lending institutions. Tom continues to have tremendous success selling the foreclosed inventory of financial institutions as JPMorgan Chase Bank, Texas Bank, Carrington Mortgage and Caliber Home Services.

A graduate of the Air Force Academy and former pilot, Tom works exceptionally well under pressure and keeps his focus on his clientrsquo;s goals.

He is an active member of both the Air Force Academy Dallas Alumnae Chapter and Park Cities Baptist Church.

As an active member of his community, Tom has coached his daughterrsquo;s basketball and softball teams through the Town North YMCA. He enjoys relaxing at Lake Ray Hubbard and spending quality time with his family.
