It is this background that has influenced me to thoroughly research all issues relevant to my clients’ transactions and tirelessly advocating for my clients’ best interests. I understand that every property and every client is unique and I strive to best represent your specific needs and to accentuate the unique attributes of your property. I love the challenge of working with clients to help them stage and sell their home. I also find it equally rewarding to help buyers find the perfect home for their unique circumstance.

I work with a small team of experts. We will stage, paint, and make whatever improvements are needed to obtain the highest price and to increase the number of offers. I successfully worked through the recession beginning in 2007. I became a Certified REO Broker working with many banks. I also became a Certified Short Sale Specialist so that I could better represent distressed sellers. Additionally, I am a Valuation Specialist for homes and land. As a result of my accurate valuations, all of my listings have sold between 97 and 112 percent of the listing price. As our market has strengthened, I have focused on listing larger luxury properties, unique properties, vineyard properties, and new construction. I have listed and sold every type of property from small condos to luxury vineyard estates.

I work primarily by referral. I also enjoy working with people who are relocating.

I am a long time Marin County resident, currently living in Novato. I have lived in Sausalito, San Rafael, Larkspur, Corte Madera, and am very familiar with the communities within Marin.

I am a graduate of USF, UCSF and a cooperative program at Georgetown.
