Sandiya Venturato brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker United. Originally from the Southeast Asian island of Sri Lanka, she also brings with her a rich cultural diversity and experience that spans living in several big cities and a working knowledge of multiple corporate industries.

With a degree in business, Sandiya has worked both in the Medical Industry, as an assistant to a leading orthopedic surgeon and for 11 years in global sales and purchasing in the Oil and Gas sector of Houston. Each of her experiences led to a unique and in-depth knowledge of Houston's core markets. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and is well versed in the relocation process with a client list of many internationals. Her knowledge spans the entirety of Houston from The Galleria, Katy, Memorial, Sugarland, Midtown, Downtown, Montrose, West University, Bellaire, River Oaks, Cottage Grove, and the Heights (just to name a few)!

In 2019, Sandiya founded Interior Staging Concepts (ISC). The company was conceived from her distinct understanding of what drives buyer decision-making. As a successful realtor and achieving exceptional results from staging and selling her own properties, Sandiya decided to follow her passion for home decor by embarking on the exciting field of Home Staging. Sandiya is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHLMS) whose keen eye for decor and staging has helped numerous clients sell their homes in record time.

Sandiya's passion for real estate lies in marrying the perfect house with the perfect buyer. As an avid painter and artist, she describes viewing each transaction like a blank canvas, where the movement and rhythm of the lines and colors are always different...much like the people involved. When there is harmony and the balance of value in a new home; the transaction, just like a beautiful painting, becomes a masterpiece. She loves that moment when her clients' faces light up when they know they've found their perfect home!
