Roddy is a licensed Broker; a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI), a designation achieved by only 18% of REALTORS; and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a designation for Realtors working with those over the age of 55. Roddy is also a member of the Real Estate Stagers Association (RESA) and offers proven home preparation solutions for sellers with no upfront costs. Roddy specializes in all of LA County. Roddy's client base comprises a vast array of first-time homebuyers, innovators, investors, luxury property buyers and sellers.

Roddy and his husband own a successful home-staging company, Immaculate Concepts Intelligent Design, that has prepared hundreds of homes for sellers and real estate agents to achieve astoundingly successful sales.
