Thank you for taking a moment to visit me! I have been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain since 1993 and have had the honor of assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate adventures in the urban core neighborhoods in Seattle.

I have never thought of myself as a salesperson – I don't respond well to most sales methods and that has never been the experience that I share with my buyers and sellers. I am an advocate, an educator, and a collaborator with each and every client. The more informed my clients are, the better decisions they are able to make - educated decisions, not just emotional ones.

I have been a consistent top producer in my company year after year, and in addition, have been the assistant manager of my branch for the past 10 years. In addition, I am also a licensed real estate instructor with the State of Washington, and I teach a variety of classes to new as well as seasoned real estate agents. I have been invited to speak at many conferences around the country and am always honored to participate in ways to improve the real estate industry.

One of my favorite quotes is 'A house is a building, but a home is a feeling'. I am reminded of the truth of this statement every day in my business practice.
