Martine Bonhoure was born in France and moved from Grenoble, France to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2002. Her International Career in a French Corporation allowed her to travel the world extensively, acquire solid leadership, and communication skills in a multicultural environment. Martine is a dual US and French citizen and currently lives in Fort Collins with her family.
One of Martine's greatest attributes is that she is a great listener and aggressively pursues her client's objectives and best interest. Her clients trust her uncompromising integrity, work ethic, and discipline. She has extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate market involving contracts, risk management, and the escrow process. She utilizes many analytics tools and monitors the real estate market from a technical view to maintain a competitive advantage. Her diligent communication, balanced counseling, and strong negotiating skills have built Martine a large client base.
