Real Estate Background Liz has been active in the Real Estate Industry professionally for the last nine years. She began her career as a Buyer's Agent for one of Coldwell Banker's top producing agents while attaining her Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate & Land Use. This allowed her the opportunity to gain solid experience when working with Buyers as well as great insight to what Seller's need. Liz says, "Buyers drives the market. Through her hard work and dedication, she has gained the recognition of being in the "Top 12% of all Coldwell Banker Agents" in the northern California region. For 2009 Liz maintained her positon as one of the "Top 100 Sales Associates" in the Sacramento/Tahoe Division of Coldwell Banker.
Liz has lived in the Roseville/Granite Bay area for 30 years and has amassed immeasurable credibility and knowledge of the local real estate market. In the early stages of her career she bulit a client base due to her personable nature and ability to earn the trust of others. Now she focuses on providing her valued clients with a wrk ethic that includes utmost professionalism and thoroughness. As her business grows, so too does Liz's commitment to excellence.

Education Liz completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Real Estate and Land Use from CSU-Sacramento. She graduated with honors in December 2003. During her education process she worked with many top local Real Estate professionals. This not only provides a valuable resource for Liz but for her clients as well.
