For over 20 years as a Miami Realtor, Lisa has been honing her skills as an expert negotiator, creative marketer, and supportive consultant, helping many clients achieve their real estate goals with their most desired result as her objective, whether it be to sell their home for the highest profit obtainable, or to land the perfect new place with ease and finesse. Lisa consults each client based on their individual needs and style and strives to create comfort and assurance throughout the process. With her thorough skill and diligence, commitment and work ethic, it's no wonder she has received numerous awards and accolades along the way, including Coldwell Banker's "Florida Top 100" group and "President's Circle Elite"- an honor bestowed on the top Coldwell Banker agents Nationwide.
As a 2nd generation Miamian, Lisa benefits from an unsurpassed knowledge of the local market - enabling her to instinctively match clients with their ideal properties. She brings a deep knowledge of Miami, its history, and of its many municipalities, allowing her to assist and educate her clients like only a native can. Lisa works throughout the greater Miami area and much of Broward County. "I've had many instances where buyers have reached out to me about a particular municipality such as Coral Gables, while not yet knowing some other areas. Based on our consultation about their preferences, I'm able to help them explore options they had not considered." Lisa takes great pleasure in being able to share her city with clients both of domestic and international backgrounds. She is a fluent Spanish speaker and has lived abroad herself. She has earned the designation of "Certified International Property Specialist." Local areas of specialty include but are not limited to: Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Brickell, The Falls/East Kendall, Doral, Cutler Bay, Edgewater, Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Doral, and Aventura. Before getting into Real Estate, Lisa held various corporate sales and account positions with S.C. Johnson Wax, managing high volume accounts and distributors across South Florida and the Caribbean. Lisa graduated with a B.A. in Economics at University of Florida. She later earned a diploma in Residential Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, as the summa cum laude graduate and winner of "Best Portfolio" of her class. So, in addition to business acumen and innate negotiating skills, Lisa also calls on her design background to help clients enhance the appeal of their properties. She has a trustworthy network of professionals and resources to call upon and share with her homeowners and investors, to help add value and build equity.
When not traversing the city, Lisa enjoys practicing yoga, cycling, and running. As the daughter of an artist and musician, she loves everything creative – painting and live music. She is a past President of her fraternal alumna chapter and a past President of a local BNI networking chapter. She is a graduate of "Leadership Miami" with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and continues to stay involved in the local community. Lisa is a member of the prestigious "Master Broker's Forum", an invitation only select group of Miami's top 250 real estate agents.
